SITUATION: On November 17, 1998 at 2100 the Army Corp of Engineers received a report of 1000 Bbls of Crude oil released from a Farmland Industries pipeline, size of pipeline is unknown. The 1000 Bbls reportedly ran into the Verdegris River at Coffeyville, KS which leads into Oologah Lake 30 miles down river near Tulsa, OK. Oologah Lake is an Army Corp of Engineers lake. The pipeline has been shut-in and "ACME" has been contracted to conduct the clean-up. CASE PENDS
